5. Describe how to calculate turnover and provide two examples of turnover that are not used in the book: one of less than 12 months and one of more than 24 months (i.e., show the calculation and the resulting percentage).

6. What is generally the best source of hourly (non-management) recruits and why? What one other form of recruitment do you feel is effective and efficient-why?

7. What does EOC/E-of-C stand for? Why is it important to establish a reputation as the E-of-C? Include an explanation of the term, applicant pool in your response.
