Changing priorities and new opportunities are sufficient in themselves to indicate the need for an organization to adapt itself in order to continue to serve its members effectively in the coming years. There is also no doubt that the organization has been constantly adapting in the past six decades and that it is able to move forward in this approach through a process of gradual change and improvement over a certain number of years to meet the emerging and different needs. This is precisely the perception of "business as usual".
