Assessment Description For this assignment you will have to prepare a paper that critically discusses how organizations apply the strategic use of AIS to achieve IS/IT-enabled innovation.
a. Discuss at least 2 examples of the use of AIS for innovation.
b. Highlight some success factors or some lessons learned (i.e., what went wrong?) for your examples.
c. Discuss the impacts of internal factors (e.g., organizational, individual, and management factors) and external factors (e.g., market, industry, social, economic, technological and political/policy factors) on the success (or the failure) of AIS enabled innovation.
d. Suggest recommendations and guidelines for helping organizations succeed in their efforts to embark on using AIS for innovation with good explanation and discussion

Your report must be structured as follows:
1. Introduction (100 words) - Provide an overview of the report that follows.
2. Overview of two examples (300 words) - what are the internal and external environments for these two examples.
3. Description of AIS used in these two examples (1200 words) - Discuss accounting challenges and benefits that have been identified in the examples.
4. Recommendation (300 words) - From your examples, provide recommendations of success factors for AIS adoption.
5. Conclusion (100 words) - Summarise and synthesise the report.
