Judy is an HR manager for a mid-size company. She sometimes has lunch with her friend Jane who works as an accounting manager in the same company. Sometimes in the course of conversation they discuss recent sexual harassment issues, salary negotiations, or disciplinary actions taken regarding another employee. Judy does not see a problem with this since they are very discreet in their discussions and also Jane is a member of top management in the company. Discuss the HRM skills that Judy is lacking and the problem she is creating for the company.
