b-address the access to resources each side had access to and the impact of those resources

c-clearly lay out what each side stood to gain and lose if successful or not in their efforts making sure to identify who the parties were/are

2-Once you have identified the parties involved and what they seek to gain by proceeding with the pipeline,  please apply the theory of "veiled ignorance" (Schmidt, 2018) introduced in week 10
