Individual Live presentation of a critical appraisal of a public health initiative. The presentation will be no longer than 15 minutes and will be followed by up to 5 minutes of questions from the assessor. As part of your presentation, you should -

1. Identify an initiative related to health promotion and/ or public health. The initiative can be identified from your own area of practice, or it could be an area of interest outside your discipline in relation to public health and health promotion. Your choice can relate to an individual or a community as a whole.

2. Discuss the historical context of public health, the emergence of health promotion, and evolving and current public health challenges such as the social.
