Part I

You inform your company's vice president, Mr. Myers, that you want to begin preparing for the final presentation. You explain that you want to present to him a rough draft of the final presentation for his analysis and evaluation. He responds to your request, stating that the final presentation must summarize a strategic plan while discussing how it will be implemented.

You must craft a presentation in which you summarize a strategic plan and explain how it will be implemented.
It should address the following:

- Summarize the strategic approach of the plan.

- Justify the strategic approach of the plan.

- Discuss the details that are imperative to a successful implementation.

- Discuss systematized planning, organizational structure, and monitoring the results.

- Discuss how the company should implement the strategic approach.

- Discuss how competitive advantage, cost advantage, and differentiation advantage applied when selecting your strategic approach.

- Discuss the corporate strategy.

- Discuss the global and multinational strategy.

- Discuss any other information necessary to help implement the best social networking Web site.

Part II

After you gave the final presentation for the proposed strategic plan of the social networking Web site, a member of the board of directors asks if you can clarify some standard questions regarding the implementation of the new social networking Web site. She explains that the board needs you to prepare a report addressing how the maturation of the industry worldwide could impact your business strategy in the future.

Now you must craft a report in which you discuss the maturation of the social networking industry worldwide and explain how it could affect your business strategy in the future.
