During the COVID pandemic, many employees were required to work from home in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus. Subsequently, even when they were able to return to the workplace, many employees requested to be allowed to continue working from home. While some employers allowed this, others insisted their employees return to the workplace, while yet others adopted a hybrid model (allowing employees to work from home for part of the week but requiring them to attend the workplace for the rest of the week). Discuss the ethicality of refusing to allow employees to work from home (assuming it would be practical for them to do so). Must incorporate ethical theories into your discussion.
