1. ERP is made up of modules, a database, and a set of inherent processes. Its main purpose is to combine, to work together.

2. The name of the ERP software application I researched is Apache OFBiz (Open for Business). Apache OFBiz is an open source product for the automation of enterprise processes.

3. Apache OFBiz is a community driven open source project. It includes framework components and business applications for ERP. With Apache OFBiz you can customize it as a framework to implement most business needs.
