Many students in our class are originally from a country other than the United States.

This week, let's discuss the endowments, the assets or benefits, (natural resources, geographic, political, economic, etc.) of the country you are from, and how these factors contributed to the social, economic and political development of the country. Those are the positives.

Also include the lack of resources or disadvantages that may have hindered the country's development -- the negatives.

Please begin your discussion by identifying the country you are going to discuss. Tell us about the positive factors that contributed to its development, as well as the negative factors.
