1. Give a brief introduction of company history(in Namibia) you are to vist and conduct a study within a human resources department on the existence of a perfomance managment system.Give brief feedback about the status of the PMS in the organisation.(also state company vision, mission and objectives) You may work on an online company
2. Review or discuss perfomance targets set with at least five employees and consider the following (PLEASE DO NOT USE REALL NAMES OF EMPLOYEES)
(a) relevance of targets with regard to company objectives
(b) Whether employees are achieving targetss
(c) How perfomance is measured
3. In your subsequent report, critically discuss the effectiveness of the performance management System (PMS) with the HR person tasks with PMS regarding company overall perfomance.
4. From your findings, write out a detailed job profile and new targets for each of these employees. Also Indicate wether it makes a measuruarble and realistic contribution to the department and company s plans for better perfomance.
