In light of his revelations about government spying on average citizens, do you think changes should be made to the way the government conducts business? You may take any side, and you may approach this from the standpoint of the War on Terror, but be sure to also consider it in light of its long-term impact.

Do you think the government did the right thing in this instance? Do you think the government should be allowed to carry out extrajudicial death warrants on U.S. Citizens in general?
