As you are aware, we have been considering making some changes to our operations (as we discussed the other day). I need you to undertake some analysis for me. Specifically, I would like you to analyse our primary activities of the value chain, identifying any weaknesses. Please identify how each activity enables our business to sell its goods at low prices. (I don't need a diagram of the value chain). Could you also discuss the drawbacks of the strategy we are currently considering relating to more expensive, luxury products? How far would the proposals impact on the existing value chain?
