The ability to effectively resolve conflict is crucial in group and organizational settings. Write a 3-page paper (not including cover and reference pages) that addresses the following:

Describe a time where you witnessed conflict in a group setting or in your workplace. Identify and explain whether the conflict (situation) was a "difference in propensity to take risks" or a "difference among the group members in terms of their consciousness-raising state". (Chapter 8)

Discuss the different conflict management styles presented in your reading for this session. Recommend an approach that could have been used to resolve the conflict you presented with strategies that reflect both concern for people and concern for production of results. Indicate how this approach reflects biblical principles of conflict resolution.
