Scenario

You are the newly appointed Business Development Manager for Ozhouse Clean. You will participate in a meeting with Senior Management to discuss the development of the Business Plan. After the meeting, you will conduct research to complete the business plan. Carefully read the Ozhouse Clean Case Study (Appendix 1), the Operational Plan (Appendix 2) and Business Plan template (Appendix 3), and then complete the following activities. Activities 1. Meet with the Senior Management (your assessor) to discuss the business plan Before meeting, review the case study, the operational plan and business plan template. Based on your review, identify business vision, mission, values and objectives as these will need to be discussed in detail with the Senior Management as a basis for developing business plan. Note that the management team has advised that the business vision, mission, values and objectives are not clearly advised in the operational plan, and they would like you to develop these for discussion. They have also advised that they would like you to propose key performance indicators that can be used to measure performance against objectives identified. Make notes for discussion at the meeting.
