Background:
I am a 22 year old male and own and operate my own photography business called "Equine Photography, Marketing, & Design." I do not have the same steady employees on the daily but rather sub-contract other photographers for events when I need them. I try to use the same ones for the most part as I like steady employees. I pay a daily rate, food, hotel if needed, and gas for their compensation. I am very new to running my own business and I tend to be very lenient and not as strict with the way I like things done such as how I want the photos to look. I do have a christian background but do not judge anyone as I do not live 100% perfectly, nobody does.
With this background information on me, hopefully this gives you a better idea of things to make-up when completing this case study. Thank you so much for your help, it is much appreciated and I will rate it once completed!
Transforming your company's culture: Creating Eternal ROI
Your HR director has come to you seeking your opinion in how to improve the collaborative culture in the office. He/she asks you to think of some type of activity that would further strengthen the core values of the company around teamwork, healthy conflict, developing trust. This activity needs to be sensitive to the fact that not all the employees share your Christian background and faith. Furthermore the activity can be directed either internally (office only) or externally focused (bridge office & community).
Your proposal should:
Question 1: Discuss the current organizational culture (strengths and weaknesses) of your company (you can integrate a Christian perspective).
Question 2: Using eternalROI, what is the activity you would choose and propose. Why?
Question 3: What would the cost of the proposal be?
Question 4: What the benefits (organizational culture outcomes) would you expect to see in the employees?
