As per a few specialists, a well thought out course of action further develops organization efficiency. Most businesses use strategic planning for the wrong goals, which leads to failure. Employees must accept accountability for their part in the strategic plan and take responsibility for it; The plan will be harmed, however, if this is not always the case.
