Due to the over demand of disposable plastic gloves, ThoYu is forced to continue their production (53,000 units) (material cost per unit is Rm 0.01) during public holidays. All 200 employees are required to work 8 hours a day (Regular pay of Rm6 per hour, 9am - 6pm) by earning triple pay during public holidays.
