Discuss the common causes of student posture (i.e. upper cross syndrome) in a 21-year-old college student whose major is gaming design.

Given their vocation and most likely avocation (gaming) design also discuss the types of sets reps and hold times you would need to employ with this client in the first two weeks to make changes significant enough for them to be motivated to continue working with you.

HINT: Consider the number of hours spent at a computer and then that gaming is contributing to their posture and what you would need to give them for a home exercise program and when it should be incorporated into their DAILY routine.
