PRELIMINARY PHILOSOPHY T BUSINESS PLAN
1. What will we sell?
T-shirts with philosophy quotes on them.
2. Who will buy it?
Students, their families and friends.
3. How will this business idea help people?
Our business is a learning project that will help us understand how to run a small business and also our product will reflect out journey and inspire others.
4. How will we get paid?
Any profit from the business goes back to the investor (School of Management) until it is paid back. After that a % goes to a charity chosen by students. After that students in class decide what to do with any profits.
5. How else will we make money from this project?
Currently no other plan to make money form the project.
6. How will customers learn about our business?
Website and word of mouth.
7. How can we encourage referrals
We currently have no method for referrals.
8. The programme will be successful when it achieves these metrics
When the business pays back the initial outlay of 2500 it will be successful.
9. Obstacles/Challenges
Very competitive and crowded market. No brand recognition. Time frame is too short.
