Question: This is business optimisation assessment which aims is to assess your methods for identifying and solving a Multi-Criteria Decision Making problem by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). You will be preparing project individually to identify and model a decision making problem. You can select a situation as big as a project selection or as small as your favour restaurant selection. You should properly illustrate the key steps of your decision making process by using the concepts learned in lecture. You are suggested to use Excel to implement your AHP method. The project should include a qualitative assessment of the situation and a quantitative component that can actually support your decision.

- marking scheme is as follow to display the process in a report:

- Problem identification and description;

- Implementation of key procedures supported by Excel calculation(70 marks);

(e.g. well defined criteria; comparison matrix for each criterion; consistency check, etc.)

- Evaluation and summarization.
