Examples include product assemblage post-purchase, customer pick-up of packages, patient-family centered care, etc. Read the posted article on co-production titled "Co-production and Customer Loyalty in Financial Services". This article provides a good literature background of co-production applied to a business service that most of us are familiar with in our daily lives. Your first paper is to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of co-production in marketing. Use other outside sources and your own examples to build an argument for co-production as a recommendation for marketing applications. Remember the scope of this paper is not an article summary on what the authors say about co-production. You need to articulate your own thoughts and applications about co-production.
