The Malaysian Salary Guide 2020/2021 published by Kelly Services, however mentioned that the initiative also created a 'new collar' job. Among the jobs that are in high demand with a lucrative salary (maximum of RM25,000 per month) is the Head of Organizational Development that is under Human Resource and Administration industry.
