For this assignment, you must submit a memo consisting of 600-1,500 words in which you discuss the 4 grids in the competing values decision-making model.

Mr. Myers explains to you that he cannot make the staff meeting today because of an illness, and he needs you to prepare a memo for the staff discussing the competing values decision-making model. He also explains that by using the grid below, he wants you to discuss the human relations model quadrant, the open-system model quadrant, the manager control quadrant, and the user quadrant.
For this assignment, you must submit a memo consisting of 400-500 words in which you discuss the competing values decision-making model.
