She performed $40,000 in Colorado; $60,000 in Seattle; $60,000 in Los Angeles; and $80,000 is undetermined. She received instructions from Seattle. According to Sections 602 and 603 of the California Unemployment and Insurance Code (CUIC) employers must use four tests in order to prevent overlapping coverage when an employee performs services in more than one state for a single employer.
