Mrs Jones, a 60 year old lady who had complained of weakness, headaches, chest pain and weight loss. She had also experienced some memory loss. Mrs Jone's GP had ordered a blood test and it was found that she had megaloblastic (also referred to as macrocytic) anaemia.
