Problem
A. Using the language of complexity, describe a complexity leadership experience using at least 4 of the nine key concepts identified in the course textbook of complexity science (attractors, butterfly effect, distributed leadership, emergence, fractals, independent agents, nonlinearity, self-organization, and simple rules).

C. Speak to the difficulty or ease of transitioning from classic to complexity or transformational leadership as you have experienced it.
D. Discuss your responsibility to engage in complexity leadership for continued transformation of self and the discipline of nursing.
E. Discuss how you envision infusing holistic nursing principles and practices into your nursing and leadership practices (transpersonal presence, healing environment, caring, complementary modalities, compassion, patient-centeredness, patient advocacy, etc.).
F. Describe your plan of self-care and successful transition as you journey into professional practice.
G. Discuss the current impact of your self-care (including contemplative/meditative practices) and the anticipated benefits of continued self-care as you transition into practice.
