Part I: After completing all readings, discuss responses to the reflection questions for at least one of the two vignettes from the Teacher Leadership Skills Framework for each of the sections below.

Part II: Audiovisual Poster

Create a poster that depicts what you think are the three most important characteristics of a teacher leader and provide an audio recording with the poster explaining why you selected those three characteristics and how the visual depicts those characteristics. A simple way to create the poster is to have the visual on your screen and then create a screen recording using your computer/phone microphone. Screencastify is a good screen recording tool. Another way to think about an audiovisual poster is to imagine a video that has a static image with audio explaining the visual.
