This is a seminal project for this course; it should comprise all of the ideas that you have learned in this class. The endeavor should be an in-depth creative analysis of a leadership issue that you have personally experienced and that personally impacts you.

You are to present your capstone project to the class through a well-developed and succinct presentation (15 min: 10 min presentation, 5 min for questions and answers).

The instructor hopes that this paper is of such a high quality that it could be presented to the CEO and the Board, and possibly published in a journal, and/or presented at a management conference.
