Question - Discuss how positive and negative reinforcement can be an important component of instructional learning. While learning theories inform us about how people learn, instructional learning theories inform us about how to structure and deliver learning experiences. In other words these theories address how teachers and trainers can best structure classes and learning activities to provide the best learning potential.

Provide an example of when a teacher or trainer would use positive reinforcement and another negative reinforcement in a learning environment (such as a classroom or professional training). The examples need to be directly related to improving learning, NOT to address behaviors. Be sure to provide a rationale for the examples you provide. Your paper should be two to four pages and follow APA format. Include an introduction and conclusion and three credible references one of which can be your textbook.
