Question: For this assignment, use ‘Vocaroo' to record a ‘mock' interview with the legendary basketball coach Pat Summit.

Write a list of 10-15 questions for her, and then answer them as if you were Pat Summit. Write questions that cover the history of Title IX, appropriate legislation, significant court cases surrounding Title IX, and the progression (both good and bad) of gender equity in sports, more specifically in employment.

Be sure your mock interview discusses Title IX and how it pertains to you as an athletic director. You should tackle the topic of declining rates of female coaches and the lack of female sport administrators. Include recommendations for athletic administrators to decrease discrimination and to encourage females to enter collegiate coaching positions in the future. Also, discuss options other than cutting men's sport to comply with Title IX regulations.

Conclude your interview with a plan of action and code of ethics you will use in your athletic department at Champ University to address the issue of Title IX and Equal Opportunities for both coaches and student athletes.
