Using the outlines you created in GA 7 and class discussions, begin drafting your MA 4 paper. Focus on first developing the body paragraphs. Each body paragraph should start with the claim sentence introducing an element from GA 7, and then you should discuss your analysis of that element, using the examples from GA 7 as well.
You will, of course, want to add to the summary, paraphrasing, or quoting you provide as you develop the paragraphs of your essay. I. For this discussion, you need to develop at least the three body paragraphs exploring the themes, though you may find you need more. As you write, don't separate versions into different sections of your essay. This research should be integrated within the body paragraphs rather than as a single paragraph appearing late in the paper. That is, you should use some secondary support to help supplement each separate theme discussed throughout the paper.
IV. Since this will ultimately serve as your rough draft for the discussion, you should also include your working thesis at the beginning of the essay. You can also try to develop the introduction and conclusion paragraphs as appropriate.
