You will research information about a well-known social entrepreneur and learn as much as you can about this entrepreneur. Using concepts covered in class and in the readings, explore what makes this person an entrepreneur. Go beyond simply listing their accomplishments. What makes your entrepreneur work so hard? Where does the drive, passion, dedication and belief in-self stem from? Why did they start the business? What problem did they solve? What opportunity did they see? What was the prompt? Have they been able to scale according to the Social Innovation process we have studied? Use of concepts from class, lectures, and textbook, will allow you the most points.
