After reviewing the resources, discuss objectives on how you would create a new MLS team for a city near you (it should be a large enough city to support an MLS team). Make sure that MLS does not already have a team in the city you choose. Why am I asking that you do this on Major League Soccer? Because it is an expanding league in North America, whereas the NBA, MLB, NHL and NFL are beyond their expansion years (they expanded decades ago and are considered established now). Discuss some objectives of your new MLS team, discuss the following two areas also:

1) Potential conflicting territorial rights with a current team (and solutions to this).
2) Perceived supporter fan base.
