Task details In this essay, students will be required to discuss the nursing process based upon the information provided to you for ONE patient. There are four questions provided which should form the basis of your discussion. This discussion should demonstrate clinical reasoning, and an ability to link theory to practice using a person-centered approach, that is supported by current evidenced-based literature. There is no requirement for an introduction or conclusion. Instructions Students will select ONE of the following two patients and will discuss their care in the context of the 'nursing process' that is used in your weekly workshops. A nursing process template has been started for each patient, you can use this template to assist in the preparation of your paper, but it does not need to be submitted.
