Customer Satisfaction Metrics where I discussed Net Promotor Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Customer Effort Score (CES), Customer Abandonment (Churn) Rate and Customer Health Score.
Testing and Quality Metrics and
Operational Performance Metrics where I discussed about MTTD, MTTR, Test Reliability, Test Coverage and Code Coverage
What I want help is the following
Discuss your project metrics, how to measure the success or failure of the product vis a vis the end customer.
