Question: XYZ Company has really grown since its inception, and it is important to top-level management that there is a strong human resources management system in place to help promote a strong culture with high morale and positive organizational behavior. As a human resources manager, you have been asked to design a presentation for top-level management regarding effective human resource management and organizational behavior. They would like to know more about the following as they relate to XYZ Company:

• Importance of managing human resources,

• Recruitment and retention,

• Fair treatment and legal compliance,

• Training and development,

• Effective organizational design,

• Promoting and sustaining a positive culture, and

• Embracing organizational change.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
