Question: Business in over 200 countries make NBA enjoy a diverse fan base worldwide.

The global aspect included in the mission has encouraged the league to sign players' and employ workers worldwide, each bringing unique perspectives, learning lessons and experiences (Modaff et al. 2016). As a manager or employee of NBA, having the mission and vision statement helps in managing the desires to make profits and achieve the social responsibility roles. The decisions one makes as an employee must be profitable by meeting the cost-quality standards, but also [G1] reflect the human aspect of engaging in business. The manager has a chance to show dynamism and enjoyment for the fan base (Rifkin, 2012). It is important to portray an institution where people would love to join, including community participation.

Nevertheless, the mission and vision statements of diversity and globalization have created issues for employees, especially difficulties in getting promotions. The junior level has experienced massive job turnover caused by the company's vision of diversity. It requires total commitment from staff, and it has become an issue for the employees to balance work.
