St. George's Multi-Service Facility for Seniors (SGMS) is a new entrant into the service delivery market for aging populations. The mission of SGMS is to provide quality services in a community where 60% of the demographic population is seniors. Although the market looks promising, SGMS will face many problems as a new business in the community. The facility must build its customer base first by targeting both primary and secondary market interests.

You are the chief marketing officer. Building a customer base by tracking marketing trends, gathering customer information, and connecting with both the primary and secondary interests are among your responsibilities.

For this assignment, respond to the following:
