Johnny the Alpha Pi Omega fraternity college bully confronted a rival frat student Billy in the bathroom. Johnny told Billy in his face "I am going make you piss in your pants." Johnny raised his fraternity paddle and spanked Billy on his rear end. He hit him with such force that Billy fell to the floor and bumped his head on the porcelain sink passing out. Johnny took Billy's backpack on the floor which had his books, laptop and class notes. Johnny immediately left the bathroom and he locked the door behind him leaving Billy inside the bathroom for more than three hours when Billy was awakened by a school janitor who came by to clean the bathroom.

Billy took his revenge by uploading and posting on the university Greek council social website an embarrassing secret photo of Johnny passed out drunk and naked in his frat house bedroom. Under the picture Billy wrote "Johnny the drunken stupid fool." Every member of the Greek frat system saw the embarrassing photo. Please discuss Johnny and Billy's rights and liabilities.
