During this course, and in your entire program, you are focusing on the leadership aspects of Behavioral Health. For this paper reflect on your learning. Write a paper exploring the disorder that was chosen in week 2's comparison matrix assignment from a leadership perspective.

General Requirements:

Use the following information to ensure successful completion of the assignment:

• Instructors will be using a grading rubric to grade the assignments. It is recommended that learners review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment in order to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.

• Doctoral learners are required to use APA style for their writing assignments. The APA Style Guide is located in the Student Success Center.

• This assignment requires that at least two additional scholarly research sources related to this topic, and at least one in-text citation from each source be included.

Directions:

Write a paper of 1,500-1,750 words that addresses the following:

1. Define the disorder and its history.

2. Discuss intervention approaches used by clinicians.

3. Discuss implementation strategies.

4. Discuss strengths and limitations of the intervention.

5. Examine leadership issues (i.e., how you help the clinician deal with the patient that shows resistance or positive and negative reactivity to move forward with treatment).

6. Include a summary of why a leader of a behavioral health organization must understand psychopathology, behavioral assessment, and interventions.
