Using the John Reading Book Café, outline steps you would take to establish the payroll system. Your written report must include a step-by-step description of the review, design, development, and implementation of the IT system. Include in your plan:

a. A discussion of the internal and external environment of the organisation including compliance with legislation

b. The process for developing and reviewing associated policies and procedures

c. The communication/consultation process for each stage of the project identifying the stakeholders involved

d. Description of how both organisational and legislative requirements are met by each step of your proposed plan

e. Description of how policy and procedures documents are designed to ensure all legislative and organisational requirements

f. Discussion of how you will monitor compliance of payroll processes against the legal and organisational requirements

g. Explanation of the process which needs to be followed for Single Touch Payroll (STP).
