IV. Starches initially undergo chemical digestion in the (Large intestines, oral cavity, stomach, gallbladder, small intestines, esophagus, pharynx, pancreas, liver) and the chemical digestion of proteins first occurs in the (Large intestines, oral cavity, stomach, gallbladder, small intestines, esophagus, pharynx, pancreas, liver)

V. Hydrochloric acid is secreted from (Enteroendocrine cells, parietal cells, chief cells, G cells, neck mucus cells, surface mucus cells) of the (Large intestines, oral cavity, stomach, gallbladder, small intestines, esophagus, pharynx, pancreas, liver). One function of HCl is the activation of the inactive enzyme (Trypsinogen, lipase, pepsinogen, amylase, Procarboxypeptidase, brush border enzymes, enteropeptidase)

VI. The (Enteroendocrine cells, parietal cells, chief cells, G cells, neck mucus cells, surface mucus cells) cells of the stomach secrete the hormone(s) (Gastrin and secretin, gastrin and CCK, gastrin, CCK only, secretin and CCK, secretin only).
