MAJOR CASE ANALYSIS

We would like to get the public understanding and opportunity to address the company's concern and matter. As we all know, this February, the company received a subpoena from the SEC and a $15.4 billion write-down about the company issue. The Kraft Heinz CEO Bernardo Hees is leaving the company and will be replaced by Mr. Miguel Patricio. We also wanted to inform the general public that some of our brands, including Maxwell House and Breakstone's, will be an overhaul on our portfolio.

Our shares rose by 2.1% from last quarter reports, we hope is to cease these challenges to the company, but we are still working out for the fallen average of more than 43% in the last year. We would also want to take the opportunity for our shareholders' cooperation and patience, that we, with the newly elected CEO, will address this concern as possible.

The subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission from the four months earlier related to our accounting policies and internal controls will be under and answered by our legal council.

The company had been optimistic about the growth and innovations for our consumers' benefit.
