You are commissioned to advise your organization on business ethics and corporate social responsibility. You are required to write report.

These are the tasks required:

1. Introduction to the report. Background of the organization, mission, vision, corporate objectives. Outline the objectives of the report.

2. Discuss importance of business ethics in your organization.

3. Apply stakeholder theory to address one ethical issue that has affected your organisation. Map the stakeholders.

4. Discuss individual ethical decision making. Describe what type of decision maker you are (pragmatist, etc.). Evaluate how you have dealt (or how you would deal from now on) with people with another style.

5. Evaluate the implementation of the ISO-26000 2010 CSR standards in your organization.

6. Assess your company's ethical code of conduct. If there is no code, assess the need for one and outline its contents.

7. Assess the main ethical issues that your company face when dealing with customers or clients.

8. Analyse at least two ethical issues regarding financial reporting in your organization.
