Question: For this assignment, you will critically analysis and present course concepts from your own perspective, using a Significant Event(s) from your Internship experience. This paper is a written tool to assist with the assessment of your final comprehension of the concepts and ideas as presented in the course materials. Please ensure you follow the Rubric, as instructed.

To Begin:

1. Choose any three of the five of the concepts below to write about and analyze in your paper:

1. Goal-setting

2. Diversity

3. Effective Communications

4. Teamwork

5. Conflict Management

2. Then, from your own perspective and analysis, you will fully discuss your selected concepts using as your sole-support, a Significant Event(s) from your Internship experience.

a. Your significant event(s) should be relevant to the concept presented and your analysis of it should clearly indicate your full understanding of the concept chosen. The event may be a positive one or a challenging one that you experienced during your Internship.

b. In your analysis, you should discuss how you overcame the event (if negative or challenging) or how it affected your professional development (if positive).

3. While this will be your own critical analysis, you are expected (and required) to include at least three (3) citations (i.e., one for each selected concept you discuss) as relevant to your discussion.

-- For example, if you provide a "definition" of the concept from my course "Lecture Notes" or reference any TED Talks you may have viewed during the course, you are required to include the proper citation for that source.

4. At a minimum, your submission is required to include the following section Headers in the body of the paper, although Sub-headings are encouraged and may be included, as necessary:

I. Introduction - you should include a Thesis Statement in this section, as well as a brief description of the significant event(s).

II. Discussion - this is where you will critically analysis your chosen concepts, using your significant event(s) as support.

III. Summary / Conclusion - make your Summary brief, but thorough, and your Conclusions insightful and relevant.

5. Formatting - The main body of your paper should be five - seven (5-7) double-spaced pages in length, 12-point font, 1" margins, and meet the standards of a well-written, upper-level undergraduate college paper. While a Title Page and a Work Cited page is expected, they do not count as part of the 5-7 page requirement. You may include an Abstract page (although, this too, won''t count as part of the 5-7 pages). Also note, you are expected to follow the guidelines of the APA Style Manual for all citations.
