Discussion 1: Imagine that you are a staffing specialist in Vroom, a 10-year old company that manufactures toy cars. The cars are of high quality and receive a premium price. Unfortunately, it has been 10 years since the last job analysis was done for the position. Many of the tools and assembly methods have changed. After asking for money to use in conducting an updated job analysis on the assembler position, the CEO asks you to justify your request.
