The aim of this part of the assignment is to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding over issues, challenges and best practices in implementing project management principles in real-life business environment. For this part of the assignment, you need to focus on the following points:

Identify one successful project case from a sector of your choice (e.g., public or private sector). Once you have selected a sector (for example, the public sector), the discussion on the projects should be from the same sector (i.e. from the public sector).

Describe the background of the successful projects discussing the context of the project, objectives, key stakeholders and desired outcomes.

Critically review the projects and discuss the project in terms of the processes used to develop them at different stages of the project life cycle and their outcomes.

Critically examine the causes of the success of the project and discuss how the success of the project was measured.
