  • Discuss how the change was communicated, to whom and by whom.
  • Describe what was communicated as the need for change and the purpose? (i.e. what was the change and why was it needed.)
  • Describe the internal and external pressures/drivers that created the need for the change?
  • Discuss your change role/s during the change process and the roles of the individuals implementing the change.

2. Clearly integrate and apply chapters 1-3 throughout your reflection. Research at least two (2) academic journal articles, books, etc. and integrate this research to support your reflections about the changes that were implemented. This is in
