HRM 303 Training and development

Topic:

No development of the employee without providing him an effective training. Discuss how successful trainings can influence the employee's motivation and increase his performance, provide 5 examples of organizations from real life.

Your project should be organized as followings:
1- cover page with course name and code. And: Final project, summer1, instructor name... all team names.
2- A page for an abstract
3- A table of content
4- An introduction
5- Four to seven pages discussion
6- Examples
7- A conclusion
8- A page for references

- Only one student (Team Leader) has to submit the file in Moodle in word format. If the similarity exceed 19%, all team members will be responsible and will be subject of the penalties for minor or major violation of copyright. Do not copy anything from the Net.
-You are allowed to use scientific papers available on google scholar engine, and you have to reference the utilized scientific papers into your project.

Prepare a presentation from 6 to 9 slides in power point, send a copy to the instructor and other team members
